Yoga for Dancers

Here’s a special treat for all our festival participants: on Saturday between classes you’re invited to join Franzi’s wonderful Yoga classes for free. Check the timetable to make sure not to miss it. Bring a towel to place on the carpeted floor.

For over 8 years, Franziska has been teaching yoga with an emphasis on "Yoga as Therapy." As a former ballet dancer, she understands how vital it is to take proper care of one's body to maintain long-term health while dancing. Yoga for Dancers is specifically tailored to meet the needs of dancers. In these classes, participants are invited to stretch gently, relax, and take a moment to calm the lively rhythm of their daily routines. Namasté!
